Abstract

Geophysical surveys using magnetometry and ground penetrating radar (GPR) were conducted in Cuticchi (EN) as part of the new Palermo–Catania railway line project.
The integrated, non-invasive approach successfully mapped and identified a complex of buried structures, demonstrating the highly effective and efficient application of preventive archaeology in large-scale infrastructure.
